London, England, July 1, 2015 – UK-based Islamic financial market intermediary Eiger Trading today announced the appointment of John Morris as an Associate Director.

John has over 35 years’ treasury and investments experience with Middle Eastern banks in both London and Saudi Arabia, including senior positions at Saudi Hollandi Bank, Jeddah and Riyad Bank, London, before his most recent position as Treasurer then Senior Advisor to the Head of Treasury at Riyad Bank, Riyadh.

During his time in the Kingdom, John was a member of Riyad Bank’s ALCO and served as Chairman of the Saudi Treasurer’s committee, in close liaison with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority.
