In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, All Praise is due to Allah The Almighty and blessing upon Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon him), on his family and all his companions.
Shari’ah Pronouncement Number 1 on the EIGER Trading Platform
Eiger Trading Advisors Limited is an asset-trading company specialising in the facilitation of Shari’ah-compliant financial products and services globally.
The Eiger Trading Platform is a customised online commodity trading platform and sophisticated document and inventory management system tailored for the Islamic and Commodity marketplaces.
In our capacity
as the Sharia’ah Board to Eiger Trading Advisors Ltd we have reviewed the Eiger Trading Platform for the
facilitation of Asset-backed Sharia’ah – Compliant Financial Transactions namely:
1. Process Document 1 – High Level Description (April 2022)
2. Process Document 2 – Detailed Explanation (November 2023)
In our meeting in Jeddah KSA dated 20 November 2023 and after careful review and discussion on the above we are satisfied that the Eiger Trading Platform for the facilitation of Asset-backed Sharia’ah – Compliant Financial Transactions is in full compliance with the principles of Shariah.
While Almighty Allah knows the best we undersign.

في اجتماعنا في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، بتاريخ 20 نوفمبر 2023 ، وبعد استعراض دقيق ومناقشة للأمور المذكورة أعلاه،
نؤكد أننا راضون عن أن منصة إيغر للتداول لتيسير المعاملات المالية المدعومة بالأصول والمتوافقة مع الشريعة تتماشى تمامًا مع
مبادئ الشريعة.
